Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or using any service offered by 92pkrn. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
At a Glance
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, to register and use 92pkrn services. Gambling by minors is strictly prohibited.
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts will result in immediate suspension and potential forfeiture of associated funds or bonuses.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits and eligible game restrictions. Bonus terms are stated at the point of offer and form part of this Agreement.
Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements and compliance with the platform's stated processing timelines and minimum thresholds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 92pkrn cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your account.

Section 1
These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") govern the relationship between 92pkrn (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") and any individual (hereinafter referred to as "User", "you" or "your") who accesses, registers with or uses any service provided through the 92pkrn platform at https://92pkrn.cam.
This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and 92pkrn. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, accessing the game lobby or otherwise using any feature of the 92pkrn platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full and that you accept and agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, policies and guidelines incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 92pkrn platform and must refrain from registering an account or conducting any transactions.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with 92pkrn, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

When registering an account with 92pkrn, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested during the registration process. You agree to update this information promptly in the event of any change.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the 92pkrn platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. In such cases, 92pkrn reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and void all transactions, including any pending withdrawals and Bonus Funds.
92pkrn may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any stage, including prior to processing your first withdrawal, after certain deposit thresholds are reached, or at the discretion of the Platform's compliance team. Acceptable identity documents for Pakistani users typically include:
Documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's official secure HTTPS verification portal. You must never submit sensitive identity documents through unsecured email channels, third-party messaging applications or social media platforms. 92pkrn will never instruct you to alter, obscure, crop or modify any identity document before submission. Submission of forged or altered documents constitutes fraud and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Section 5
The Platform is made available for your personal, non-commercial use and entertainment only. You agree to use the Platform in good faith, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and in accordance with this Agreement at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any other security credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 92pkrn immediately by contacting our support team. 92pkrn will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where such access was facilitated by your failure to adequately protect your credentials.
All bets placed and gaming transactions conducted on the Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sporting event, betting market or game. In the case of a technical error, system malfunction or manifest error in odds, 92pkrn reserves the right to void affected transactions and return original stakes where appropriate. Decisions made by 92pkrn in such circumstances are final.
All account balances, deposits, withdrawal requests and transaction records are denominated in the currency selected at the time of account registration. Where Pakistani Rupee (PKR) is the designated account currency, all financial figures displayed within your Account will reflect PKR values. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined at the time of the transaction.
Section 6
Deposits must be made using payment methods currently listed as available in the Platform cashier. The availability of specific payment methods — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfer via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or cryptocurrency options — is subject to change at the Platform's discretion and may vary based on your account status, geographic location and any applicable provider restrictions. Payment provider names are used for reference purposes only and do not constitute an endorsement of gambling by any such provider.
All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum thresholds as displayed in the cashier. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider, but processing times may vary. 92pkrn does not accept deposits on behalf of third parties; all funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are subject to: (i) completion of all required KYC verification steps; (ii) satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements relating to Bonus Funds; and (iii) compliance with the Platform's minimum withdrawal threshold as stated in the cashier at the time of request.
Withdrawal requests will generally be reviewed and processed within the timeframe stated in the cashier or support documentation. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required. 92pkrn reserves the right to request supplementary documentation prior to approving any withdrawal of significant value.
You are encouraged to utilise available deposit limit tools to manage your spending. Limits may be set on a daily, weekly or monthly basis and are available through the Responsible Gambling section of your Account dashboard. For more information, please review our Responsible Gambling Policy.
Section 7
From time to time, 92pkrn may offer promotional bonuses, matched deposit offers, free bet credits, cashback arrangements or loyalty rewards to eligible users. All such offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of promotion, which form part of this Agreement.

You agree that you will not, at any time, engage in any of the following activities in connection with the 92pkrn platform:
Any breach of this Section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where required by law or regulation.
Section 9
92pkrn is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides tools designed to support players in managing their gambling behaviour, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods and self-exclusion. These tools are available through the Responsible Gambling section of your Account.
Gambling should be approached as a form of entertainment. If you believe that your gambling behaviour has become problematic, we strongly encourage you to use the available self-exclusion tools and to seek support from recognised responsible gambling resources appropriate to your jurisdiction.

Section 10
All content on the 92pkrn platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software code, interface design and game content — is the property of 92pkrn or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You must not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any content from the 92pkrn platform without the express prior written permission of 92pkrn.
Section 11
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92pkrn shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or interruption to services, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if 92pkrn has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
92pkrn does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical faults at all times. Planned and unplanned maintenance, third-party connectivity issues and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of Platform Services.
In no event shall 92pkrn's total aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with this Agreement exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Section 12
You may close your Account at any time by contacting 92pkrn customer support. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any outstanding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal conditions set out in Section 6.
92pkrn reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of this Agreement; suspected fraudulent, collusive or abusive activity; a failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; a request from a regulatory, legal or law enforcement authority; or any other circumstance that 92pkrn deems to present a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other users.
Section 13
92pkrn reserves the right to amend, update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided through the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version. The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision came into effect.
Section 14
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform holds its operating license. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to the competent courts or dispute resolution body of that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall be construed as a representation that the use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.
